Sankalp se Rachnatmak Jeevan Tak

A community health and well-being initiative of the Brahma Kumaris Medical Wing, promoting preventive health, inner well-being, positive living and addiction-free communities.

About the Initiative

SUKHAM100 is a structured community initiative that brings together health awareness, preventive practices, inner well-being, positive values and meaningful community participation. How SUKHAM100 Activities Work

1. Learn Build health knowledge and awareness.
2. Experience Practise suitable well-being activities.
3. Community Action Apply learning through practical service.
4. Celebrate & Commit Recognise participation and encourage continuity.

Role of the Medical Wing

The Brahma Kumaris Medical Wing supports the initiative through health education, preventive health resources, volunteer guidance, professional collaboration and appropriate referral pathways. Local centres may organise activities independently, jointly with other centres or in partnership with qualified professionals and community organisations.

Responsible health practice: Health assessments, diagnosis, treatment and clinical advice must be provided by appropriately qualified professionals. SUKHAM100 activities complement professional healthcare and do not replace it. Participants should be treated with dignity, and personal health information should be handled confidentially.

Who Can Participate?

SUKHAM100 activities may involve children, adolescents, adults, older persons, families and wider community groups, depending on the purpose of each activity. Participation can include learning, volunteering, professional contribution, community outreach and collaboration.

Our Commitment

We aim to provide accessible, respectful and practical health education; promote informed choices; encourage supportive communities; and integrate addiction prevention and healthy coping into appropriate activities. Participation is voluntary, and communication must remain respectful and non-stigmatising.
